The attack is over. But what next ?
Will India go after those terrorists into pakistan ?. From what I see on TV, western media is worried and analysts are pouring their thoughts on it. If India takes the path that America did post 9/11; it can end up in a bloody war. I hope, wish and pray that India will not do it.
However, I suspect worst. I am worried about the growing resentment against Muslims in India.
This could become bloody. BJP and its allies (RSS, Sangh Parivar, VHP, Bhajrangdal) might be plotting a plan, as we speak, to politically capitalize this. This is seriously not a conspiracy theory. They have done it before . Their leaders showed no remorse even after some painful truths came out.
If indians fall for their plot, It could become bloody. It can even turn out to be like one that had happend in 1993. BJP has hopes to return to power in the next election. Its natural to believe that BJP hope to repeat the 1993 magic. Western media has no interest what so ever in the internal matters of India. Since there is no one watching. BJP might execute a 1993 model massacre and come back to power.
Is there a way to prevent this ?.
I don’t know. Only if the peace loving indians do not fall into the traps of those politicians, things might turn out well.
